We ship via USPS Priority and First Class mail depending on the size of your purchase. Delivery Confirmation will be provided.
Please contact us if you need an item rushed-this is sometimes possible if you'd like to pay for the additional shipping charge this might require.
International orders will be sent via USPS First Class mail or Priority. Delivery Confirmation is available so you can track when and where the item was shipped.
International shipping times are not always predictable due to postal services and custom procedures of different countries.
As insurance available by request, we kindly remind that we are not responsible for uninsured packages lost in the mail.
Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms. We do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return. Please contact us in advance so we can give you another address to ship for a faster turnaround. All merchandise must be unworn/Unwash and in the same condition it was received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping fee is not refundable.

- Custom or personalized orders.

We will notify you once we receive the return/exchange package. Please allow 5 business days after receipt the item for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you, or return and refund to be processed.
Shipping cost for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Invoice will be send to you for your shipping coverage and you will receive new tracking info once your package on its way.
